The Nursery ministry is where children first begin to learn about the love of Jesus.  It is in the nursery where children learn to be comfortable and secure. They learn the principles of sharing and taking turns, as well as the Bible stories and praise practices that will help them grow to be warriors for God.  We view our Nursery as a ministry, not a baby-sitting service.  At Emmanuel,  the Nursery ministry and it's dedicated workers strive to obey the scripture which charges us to “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”   Our workers love children and take pride in giving them the attention and care they need.  It is our desire to provide an atmosphere in which the children are safe and well cared for and are being trained in the way of the Lord, so their parents may relax and worship the Lord with peace of mind.
